Burning Lotus Bot provides software automation tools. These terms govern the use of our website and software. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Burning Lotus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. You receive a right to use the software only; no ownership rights are transferred.

All software, digital items, and related content remain the sole property of Burning Lotus and/or relevant rights holders and may also be subject to third-party game Terms of Service and restrictions.

3. Free Licenses and Donations

Licenses are currently provided free of charge for personal use. Optional donations may be offered through third-party services such as Buy Me a Coffee and are handled under the terms of the respective provider.

4. User Responsibility and Risk

The use of third-party automation software may violate the Terms of Service of certain games. You are solely responsible for all consequences resulting from use, including warnings, suspensions, bans, loss of virtual assets, or other account actions.

Account security and safe handling of the software are your sole responsibility. Burning Lotus is not liable for loss caused by user error, malware, hacking, account theft, rollback, patch changes, downtime, or similar events outside our direct control.

Burning Lotus Bot is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, MTG Arena, or any game publisher. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Prohibited Conduct

This software is open source and may be inspected, forked, and modified in accordance with its open-source license. You may not: use the software for illegal purposes; remove or alter copyright notices or license headers in the source code; distribute modified versions without clearly marking them as changed; use the Burning Lotus Bot name or branding to imply official endorsement of any fork or derivative project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Burning Lotus Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall Burning Lotus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria.
