a) When purchasing a license
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store payment details. We may receive the following data from PayPal: name, email address, transaction ID.

b) License activation
When activating the software, the following data may be processed: license key, device identifier (hardware-based hash), IP address, activation timestamp. This data is used solely for license management and fraud prevention.

c) Server logs
Our hosting provider may automatically collect technical data such as IP address and browser type for security reasons.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for: license validation, fraud prevention, customer support, and payment processing.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

We share data only where necessary: PayPal (payment processing) and hosting provider (technical infrastructure). We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
